Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I am part of the Product Delivery team at Capgemini UK, focusing on agile business analysis, product management, and value realization. I lead various projects, including organizational change, Dynamics 365 implementation, and e-Learning strategy. I am known for his creativity, collaboration, and thought leadership.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I thoroughly enjoy my programme. It has provided me with numerous opportunities to develop my skills in value management, delegation, and workshop facilitation. Additionally, the Aspire program has been instrumental in enhancing my leadership abilities. These experiences have been both rewarding and fulfilling.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have developed skills in value management, delegation, and workshop facilitation. I have also enhanced my leadership abilities through the Aspire program. These experiences have helped me grow technically and gain trust and respect from my peers.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The Aspire programme is well-organised and structured to support the development of high-performing early and emerging talent into future leaders. The programme includes a robust career development pathway reinforced throughout its duration. It offers learning through workshops, reading, practical assignments, and peer study to broaden perspectives on leadership and consolidate knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
Additionally, the programme includes modules that focus on various aspects such as corporate responsibility, ethics, and competitive advantage in the market1. The structure is designed to ensure that participants can balance learning and work effectively, with a solid foundation for mentoring relationships.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
The main support I get is through the use of a mentor - an experienced member of my team working within Capgemini who I have regular meetings with, and who is included on all the apprenticeship communications (so that they are in the loop). I also loop in with my line manager who also provides great support through regular meetings regarding the apprenticeship
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Henley Business School have been fantastic so far in providing me with what I need to succeed in the apprenticeship. Their teaching quality is fantastic and their online resources allow me to access everything I require to get a good grade in my assignments, and ultimately pass the apprenticeship. There are countless support resources provided by the university too - such as through the learning coaches and the welfare support networks.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel as though the theory is brilliant and the apprenticeship is enabling me to apply this in the workplace. I feel supported in the way I do this and as a result I see real, tangible progress in my performance levels within my role. I am truly grateful for this experience so far.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes! I play netball for a Capgemini netball team in London. I also get stuck into a number of wider network events - I bring together our graduate community in London on a regular basis for a social - often involving food and games. We have a great graduate community within the London office that I am really grateful for.
