Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is Business Administrator. I work on the reception answering queries both; face to face, on the phone, and on Email. I also help to support my team in planning Work Experience placements, and book Apprentice catch-up meetings for my Manager. A lot of data work, e.g putting personal information into a spreadsheet.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed my programme, and have gained so much for the experience.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many skills whilst in this role, this includes:
How to use Excel.
How to use a wider range of Microsoft Teams.
How to respond to queries on a reception desk.
How to prioritise and plan work.
How to write Minutes for Meetings.

My programme is extremely organised and have included a clear structure throughout.

I have received so much support throughout my Apprenticeship.
