To provide generalist support for HR activities on site, in addition to advising and supporting managers and employees on generalist HR issues such as: disciplinary, grievance, staff transfers, employment law, employment contract variations, employee relations and performance management.
Responsibility for site Recruitment and Selection processes up to Line Leader/Supervisor level and other HR duties including providing Polish translation assistance.
Support for the onsite Canteen and its personnel.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

On the beginning I was very nervous but now I am more confident and I am really enjoying it especially when I am getting a high scores on my assignment. Really good for personal development
