To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I strongly enjoy my programme, I am learning something new or developing my skills everyday. The support from both management and my apprenticeship provider is excellent with frequent progress reviews and check ins.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

A well structured programme with the relevant learning provided from both Aldi and my apprenticeship provider, combining both practical and theory work. Additionally, all my learning programme is available straight away to me to learn from.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Regular check ins and one-to-ones ensure I am confident and on track with my learning.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Progress reviews in person and over zoom occur frequently to discuss my learning and I have additional support available to me via email and telephone when required.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

By the end of my qualification I will be fully trained to operate in my role with confidence and I will also have the opportunity to further my learning in management roles.
