My role as a SAP Applications Consultant involves consistent client communication, site visits, functionality assessments and resolving incidents on a daily basis. My role further involves people management capabilities, having reviewees and managing their progression.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Fully, it is engaging with passionate supporters and lecturers with a solid framework to raise issues and assess feedback.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Definitely, my management and communicative abilities have improved tenfold, enhanced even further through being able to apply these learnings at work through senior leadership support and trust.

Very, we know our two year plans to the day already, as well as having Canvas explained to us fully.

Lots, either adhoc or scheduled, with regular people manager, mentor and senior leadership feedback.

As much as I've experienced before, having completed degree apprenticeships before.

The module leaders adapt their leadership structure delivery to match our work scenarios, which makes the mental understanding for how to apply learnings to work so much easier.

Yes plenty. I get involved in sports and networking events.
