My role is to help improve advisers experience through supporting initiatives. This involves working alongside a person in my team and stakeholders across the business to help implement these initiatives to improve advisers experiences.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very much! There is many aspects that I enjoy from the people I am surrounded by at M&G to the role I do.

I learn new skills as well as develop on existing skills everyday! The opportunity's you have give you the opportunity to learn new skills and develop existing ones further.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The Programme is very organised and my learning plan for my qualification is also aligned/ organised in a way which makes sense to me and any changes that are needed can be made.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We receive a lot of support whether it be from my line manager, buddy, mentor or the early careers team. There is always someone there if support is needed!
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

You receive lots of support from the training provider from check in's and the ability to reach out to them if you have any questions on the modules you are doing.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification I am doing helps me to understand other areas of the business as well as reach out to others across the business which helps me in my role when reaching out to stakeholders across the business.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, M&G offers opportunity's to go to networking events as well as there is sessions that are sometimes held which you can go to. At M&G you can also be apart of employee networks which is a great opportunity to meet others.
