I help control projects from scheduling, estimating etc. I am shadowing in different departments at Thames to see how the business as a whole operates.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying my programme, I love the flexibility that comes with Thames and the support that I have received from Thames as well

It has a good structure with clearly defined placements and structured work in the placements as well

I have a lot of support from them and I feel as if I can ask questions whenever I need or want to

My training provider are very open for me to ask any questions whenever I want, even allowing 1 to 1 calls when I am stuck or confused.
