Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Communication and coordination with a variety of people and teams in order to achieve an end goal. Ensuring governance is upheld and that projects deliver successfully through proper management techniques using the company's internal software and processes. Sometimes undertook CAD/technician work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed my programme and would recommend apprenticeships at Motts to someone. However, I would also recommend to someone to go for an in-person training provider rather than an online provider for a better experience in terms of university and learning.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Enhanced communication with a wide range of audiences. Better confidence and networking skills. Learnt a range of project management techniques and was able to apply these in a workplace setting.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was a well structured programme and started with the end in mind so i knew what I was working towards, being the Project Management Qualification (APM PMQ) at the end of my apprenticeship, as well as how to have a successful End Point Assessment.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer and team was very supportive.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot of support - they helped me to identify and fill in the gaps in my portfolio of evidence for my EPA which helped me achieve a higher grade.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel more confident in my abilities after obtaining the qualification and this reflects in the work I carry out.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are social and networking events. The team are starting to move away from after work socials that resolve solely around drinking so that they are more inclusive to everyone.

Do not be demotivated by the long waiting time and know that there are loads of opportunities and options to apply to.
