Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day-to-day, I am responsible for producing desk-based research and reports to provide specific evidence into work streams and briefings. I interact with a variety of colleagues internally, including comms, research and science teams. I am responsible for identifying, developing and communicating insights and perspectives within our field.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my communication skills, both written and verbal. I have found that with this role, my confidence has improved a lot as a result of the work I produce and opportunities to present and communicate this I have been given.
