Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Managing the RSPCA Assured website. Optimising for Google searches. Web content creation. Analytics of website and social media.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
In part, it is very interesting. Coding is a useful skill. Some of the coding has been very difficult to get correct and move forward with the course programme.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, Excel/Google Sheets functions, LookerStudio, and Python coding. GDPR knowledge. Data handling protocols.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Could be better. Would have been better to start planning the EPA before all of the lessons on coding, so we could have learned with more of an eye to performing our own analytics.
So of the CPD questions we extremely long and time consuming and it was hard to see their relevance.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
The correct amount. Given sufficient time to study and access to the necessary resources.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Perfect amount. Tutors were always available and very helpful and well-informed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
To a certain extent in my current role but it will hopefully allow me to apply for a new role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, a data analyst's chat group and a neurodiversity chat group. Jus the two that I am aware of and participate in.
