Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I am an administration apprentice completing a level 2 qualification in customer service. I work for Babcock and complete 3, 4 month placements and a 2 year final placement. I have completed 2 placements so far ( submarines and Health & Safety). Each placement involves different tasks on a day to day basis for example, in submarines I attended many meetings and took minutes for them. Whereas in Health and safety I am uploading training records and minuting team meetings.
