On a day- i'm responsible for overseeing headcount/budget as part of the business management side of my role, and be involved in exciting projects such as planning a Service Summit. For the people engagement side of my role, i get to be involved in talent development inititives and improving how we engage with our colleagues
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
