Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I prepare cakes, pastries and fresh bread for the bakery as well as the on site cafes. I also make breakfast items, desserts and baked goods for large corporate events. I make the desserts for the on site restaurants.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I loved it! Every day was new and exciting, at work and at college.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned how to prepare food on bulk, I can now make a wide range of bread including sourdough. I have improved my cake decorating skills and learned how to use new equipment. I also learned how to produce laminated pastry for danish pastries.
