Running and supervising a team of cleaner to compleat the contract and all the requirements of that. To make sure all the staff and up to standards and all company weekly tasks are completed.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy it. Learn new skills and being able to put them in practice. It’s an easy to use platform and my tutor is helpful and always makes me feel at ease.

I have learnt so many new skills to help me develop my managing style and look after my team. I was new to the role so all the workshops helped and guilded me.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very. There is date and layout to help to through. You are given workshop date way in advance so you can plan you time around them. The before and after work it easy to follow.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is always available to give advice and help with all questions I have.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

He is available all the time. He is quick to response to emails and if I do need a meeting to discuss things he makes time for me to do that.

100% better. Without this course I would have really struggled to progress in the way I have in the past year. Not only has it given me the skills I need it’s given me the confidence to use them.

I have opportunity to visits other site to meet other in my position. Which helps see what they do.
