Working as a chef in a army barracks is quite challenging. Big amount of customers to feed, so involves a lot of people to work on it to make it happend.

Most I enjoyed Master classes and all knowledge during programme

Yes, as experienced chef i was able to remind myself basics and develop new techniques of preparing and cooking food.

I prefer a normal learning programme similar to school other than to be lead by tutors but was organised well.

Well much, as to move forward with my chef carrier I need to accomplish Level 2. That's a base for Sous Chef Level qualification and job role at camp.
