Really enjoying my programme, the support from my manager has meant I can manage the time I need to spend on my apprenticeship effectively

Learnt a lot of new skills, especially around human resources, employment law, organisational development and AI

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised, have set modules to complete each month. Have sessions to attend that are planned well in advance.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support received, and autonomy given which allows me to have a good experience on programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The provider has been really supportive, always on hand to answer questions. And has steered me in the right direction a couple of times.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It is helping understand more about HR in wider context and helping me align my work with wider organisational strategies.

We have various networks that we can join and we are also encouraged to volunteer at least once a year with our teams or others across the organisation.
