Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
One of the aspects I truly enjoy about my role is that no two days are the same. My responsibilities vary, which keeps things dynamic and engaging. On a typical day, I manage administrative tasks for clients, handle queries from clients, insurers, and occasionally other brokers, and participate in conferences and early career initiatives. Some days are focused on renewal meetings and conferences, while others may be more centred around administrative duties.
