Providing clients with quotes and then progressing them with this to get their event from contract to completion and then to re-book
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am very much enjoying the programme. I like having additional training there on hand if I need it and I like the support from my trainer. I also like how it is a different approach to learning

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well organised. My trainer advised on a fully structured plan from the get go so I know what to expect and when to expect it
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive an excellent amount of support from my employer. Any department manager and the general manager are on hand to provide support whenever I need it
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My trainer is always contactable and open to help with anything, and if there is anything he can't answer, he works to figure it out for both of us
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it helps me to perform better massively as it has given me a structure of what is expected of me and how it will apply to the job role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have a seasonal staff competition and raffle. We are also a member of the Chamber of Commerce so I can go to networking events if I would like to
