Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I worked with the rest of the social listening team to create insight reports around the current owned and earned conversation around the upcoming releases from Disney from Star Wars to Marvel.
I also created new reports and created new ways to find insightful research for the rest of the company from Disney Home to Disney+.
