i am enjoying more responsibilities that i have been given, the people around me have helped a lot with my integration and with learning the job.

it is quite well structured although the college year wasnt the greatest as a lot of the stuff was not aimed at specifics in the workplace.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

they are always there to give us more responsibilities if we want them and to push us to work more within the team and to even take the lead, if there is something i need help with they are there for that as well
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

always on hand whether it be email or meetings, all questions i have had have been answered great
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

im not sure it does as much as working on the job has

not that i am aware of but im sure if i asked there would be, the group in which we are in organise days/nights out here and there through a group chat
