Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I project manage roll out of new contracts and also some integrations within the business. I will coordinate all the workstreams involved in the project and have weekly status meetings, producing reports at the end of them. I interact daily with internal and external stakeholders. My responsibilitie is to reach the end of the project on time and within budget.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy all the new learning, although it would be much better if there was any face to face classroom time.

I have developed my public speaking, presentation skills, and also delved deeper into leadership and financial skills.

It is great, I find new ideas and get inspired every day. I can feel myself improving and evolving as the months go by.

yes, D&I networks that hold monthly events, as well as celebrations for International Women's Day,. There are also fund raising events where we all come together for great causes.
