Wanted to join the program for 7 years now and it is better than I expected. Fantastic place to work

Lots and lots of new skills I have devloped. Personal ability has improved from support from employer aswell as proffessional skills

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Poor organisation at times but somewhat expected. Application was a mess and took 2 years to apply.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lucky to have a supportive manager however luckily if I wasn't with a good manager I would think it is fairly easy to change due to size of business.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Uni of Warwick has been very good. The struggle is when I try to manage uni within work time and finsing the right balance
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Fairly relevant for what I expect from a general university course however there is substantial amount of training that isn't so relevant.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Badminton, hiking planning committee, classic cars group, go karting, lots and lots, very lucky at JLR

Great pay, large company-good for apprentice learning, job security and healthy learning environment
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JLR?
Expect not to get the job, its so hard to get in and the 3rd party HR with reqruitment is not effective
