As a Business Support Assistant at the Central Ticket Office, I handle speeding offences by sending Notices of Intended Prosecution, processing admissions or nominations, printing and scanning documents, and managing responses efficiently. I also send emails, make callbacks, and assist with public inquiries to ensure smooth case processing.
