Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
Responsible for managing all aspects of food and beverage preparation and service and ensuring the smooth running of catering operations. Overseeing the preparation of food, sorting of cutlery, setting of tables, measurement of food quantities and the catering to different dietary requirements.
Being Unit Manager involve a leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific team or department within an organization. I am responsible for setting goals, managing budgets, coordinating activities, and ensuring that team members are performing to their full potential.
