Unit managers are primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day basis, supervising, directing, and developing staff, to ensure quality services client and customers . Daily role is developing and implementing policies, procedures and standards to enhance guest satisfaction, streamline operations and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Monitoring financial performance, managing budgets and identifying strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Responsible for managing all aspects of food and beverage preparation and service and ensuring the smooth running of catering operations. Overseeing the preparation of food, sorting of cutlery, setting of tables, measurement of food quantities and the catering to different dietary requirements.
Being Unit Manager involve a leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific team or department within an organization. I am responsible for setting goals, managing budgets, coordinating activities, and ensuring that team members are performing to their full potential.
