Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My day to day is pretty varied and dependant on projects that I'm working on at that time however some of my tasks and responsibilities include:
- working on Excel spreadsheets to keep data updated and carry out reporting
- Liasing with other teams to get information that I require to drive reporting
- Raising purchase orders, invoices and ensuring suppliers are paid correctly and on time
- working on other projects with my colleagues
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find my programme highly rewarding and enjoyable. There is many aspects of the programme and new skills that I have learnt that I can utilise in many different situations. I find that this apprenticeship in quite broad and covers a number of skills and topics. The learning that takes place within my apprenticeship is extremely relevant to my job role and vise versa.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learnt many new skills including:
- Excel skills
- PowerPoint
- Communication skills
- Time management and organisation
- New IT packages and systems such as SLX and Oracle
As well as many others and having the opportunity to develop existing skills.

I receive a vast amount of support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a high level of support - regular check ins and calls as well as emails or messages through the learning provider when necessary.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
There is a huge cross over between my role and qualification. Definitely helps me to perform better in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yeah all of the above!
