Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role at JLR is to maintain and help keep JLRs production line running weather that is to attend faults, fix tooling and attend breakdowns that have been called on the radio. By doing my college course it gives me a deeper understanding in my role that lies ahead in the future.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Yes I enjoy my programme I think it is well ran with some good leaders around me to help me along the way.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have learned new skills, this is thanks to my colleagues around me as they give me experience in jobs and activities that need completing and especially when using tools hey help me gain further experience in using them.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think there needs to be more structure to the apprentice on how our gaffers can track our progress with how the apprentiship is going and what kind of jobs we are doing

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

In our first year of our apprenticeship we received a lot of help from our training provider and still do in our second year as all of our qualification comes from doing our coursework in college and this is marked by our tutors who then offers us support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

6/10 i would say just over half of our units help towards our college course.
