I spend my day in office working on ADAS test vehicles, flashing and testing software on the vehicles.

In the past 6 months, I have learnt quite a lot. Different things from professional communication to learning new programming languages and how to use different operating systems such as linux

The programme is very well structured, it has a good split between university and work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

JLR provide great support for early careers. Our cohort lead and line managers really look out for us and help out wherever they can
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The regular tripartites between my line manager and my training provider help quite a lot to see my progress. Lecturers also understand that you may be overloaded with work and support there too.

Yes, JLR have loads of different socials for different things, for example sports groups and even days out with other early careers employees
