When in plant day to day I shadow my colleagues gaining experience and knowledge to different aspects of the car, while in college we complete job cards and theory gaining useful knowledge which we can apply to while in work.

Yes I have developed a range of skills such as using tools, health and safety rules, knowledge on parts of a car and what they do.
