Strengthened problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration while optimizing reporting processes and streamlining workflows in credit and collections analytics.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The program through the third party (QA) was fairly structured, though frequent changes in tutors and classmates made consistency challenging. Some materials were outdated, but feedback was taken on board to improve the content. Despite these aspects, the overall experience was decent, with opportunities for learning and development.

The support from my employer has been exceptional. They have guided me through every challenge, ensuring I have the resources and encouragement needed to succeed. It's not just my direct team but the entire organization that fosters a supportive and collaborative environment, making it an amazing company to work for.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
The training provider offered a good level of support, with block courses and bootcamp-style training sessions over video calls ranging from three to five days. They were always available for additional help when needed, and my direct trainer was particularly supportive, providing guidance whenever I required assistance.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
My qualification has been very helpful in enhancing my skills and knowledge, particularly in key areas like data analysis, reporting, and automation. While some content was slightly outdated, the training provided valuable insights and practical applications that have supported my ability to perform more effectively in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, there are plenty of extra-curricular opportunities at work.
