Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am in a consulting area of my department where I complete Proposals, Admin, Client meetings and Reports for Lenders.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

To a large extent because not only was i fortunate enough to rotate within my department, I still also learnt so new aspects of the many roles that included lots of socialising whilst being able to still study and continue the qualification side of my apprenticeship whilst also maintaining day to day tasks.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I was on a rotation scheme so I was fortunate enough to learn multiple new skills that included a range of social and technical skills such as broking in Lloyd's or specific admin skills like report writing.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well Organised. This is because my programme consists of many apprentices in many parts of the whole Firm across the country so it needs to be organised and well structured. My Training company is also very well structured and organised
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support through multiple different sectors such as mentorship, Training providing, studying and lots of support from my team.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Strongly. Especially during my rotation scheme where i was able to apply the different textbooks to different teams.

You build so many new connections with people, and you also learn so many technical points of the job that can make you stand out from others.
