Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a special projects, project manager my job role typically involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring they stay on track. I am also a direct point of communication between our customers and our 16 branches and will delegate enquiries to the relevant branches.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the programme, finding it both challenging and rewarding. It offered opportunities to develop new skills and refine existing ones, particularly in project management, communication, and leadership. The knowledge aspects kept me engaged, and I appreciated the personal and professional growth it provided.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The main skills that i have developed are organisation and communication. I have learnt that I need to be organised as proper organisation at the beginning of the project helps everything run smoothly. Communication is also important a I need to communicate between customers and branches but also need to be able to communicate with the customers to try and develop more work.
