I have loved doing my level 2 appreciaship and then when they brought level 3 out they gave me the chance to do it. I started it in November and learning so much

I have learned so much in my time and still learning everyday on site I love it

I would say it is good but there is room for improvement with organisation

I have 100 % support from my contract manager and peers around couldn't be any better

Really good training also we have our own academy which is extra training as well as collage it's a great place to learn
