Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a Housekeeper but also run the shifts when the Headhousekeeper is off or on Holiday or Sick. In my Daily role i make sure i have the correct chemicals to clean the rooms and use the route suggested. I adhere to Brand Standards. I interact with Guests to make sure we meet their needs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy learning new things and looking at issues that i previously would have no knowledge of. I like to learn from other members who have different roles to me.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have gained knowledge of running the shift. I am confident that i know what has to be done on a daily basis. This includes preparing Depart lists for team members,checking the Ready rooms, checking the fire doors and many other tasks. I know how and where to record all of this information.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I am really happy with the structure of my programme. I get e mails and one to one meeting with my coach. I feel confident to ask if i have any issues with the programme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My Employer wants me to complete the course. The only issue i have is that i feel i do not have spare time at work to do some of the modules.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is always helpful and talks me through all the modules in a clear and precise way,
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel i am learning so much more than i would have done without doing the course.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I would advise looking into the company's policies. and working terms. I would also advise to look at all the roles available within the group.
