Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

For my role I provide desktop support to users who work on the HMRC account for Capgemini. This can range from simple problems such as password resets all the way to having to build replacement machines.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoyed the apprenticeship from start to finish and felt like I have all the support I needed throughout the time.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned lots of new skills that I though I would never get the chance to focus on like leadership, programming and management. This is something I would never have gotten the chance to develop in precious jobs.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I always felt like everything was structured in a way that made it easy to follow and make progress at my own pace without being held back or too rushed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Any time I need help I can always as a colleague or a higher member of staff for extra support and people are always willing to help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Baltic apprenticeships were always happy to help me and assist me with my learning needs and always made the time to arrange meetings for additional support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification I did was very specific to the job role I do at work so having the training that I received was essential for making me a better engineer.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are loads of events that are open to people in order for you to get involved socially with colleagues.

Because it has been the best time I have ever had in employment out of all the jobs I have ever had.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
Just be yourself and tell them everything you have achieved even if you don't feel like it is relevant to the job role.
