Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I mainly do call-backs and am assigned about 10 a day. I go through each case to see what is needed and then prioritise them accordingly. I then work through the members calling or emailing where appropriate.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i really enjoy my program, i am given many opportunity's to learn and show my knowledge and enjoy what i do day to day
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

my customer service skills have improved, my phone skills have improved, i learnt how to use excel and SQL in which I have had very little experience. i have also had to present to many people which has improved my ability to give preseantations and my confidence.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

there have been a few miscommunications however over all my program is very well organised and flexible to adapt to any changes that may arise.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i am very well supported by the company in many ways such as, given my apprentice hours when i want them and being offered lots of additional training.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

my training provider offers support in thhe form of reveiws every 3 weeks and also i am offered workshops to help me learn.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

everything i learn directly relates to my role and helps me to preform better

yes there have been a couple events where we have met many other apprentices and outside of work i have been to a couple social events with my team.

because i have supported by everyone i work with and there are many opportunities for me after i finish the apprenticeship.

be yourself, the company wants to find people who will fit in and work well with the team.
