My role includes managing my team, setting them up for the day with jobs, doing daily paperwork’s and safe checks etc.

I enjoy the role and the challenges it comes with, however the programme I feel is long winded and repetitive.

It’s a relatively well structured programme, with the support from assessors aswell as Superdrug as an employer
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Superdrug?
I’d advise them to brush up on product knowledge, so to not be thrown in the deep end and overwhelmed when first joining.
