I have a chef shift in the morning and a few days reception shifts. I prepare breakfast for the guests and also check the guests in and out of the hotel.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is a good opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge. I enjoy my coach's support and the opportunities I will have in the hospitality industry in the future.

Constance's always available whenever I need support, she's a good motivator, and she never lets me give up when I struggle with my English level, and now I have improved and feel more confident. I never felt stressed in front of Constance regardless of how many hours we had to go through my targets for support sessions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have improved my confidence, how I communicate with customers, build rapport with anyone from diverse backgrounds, how to build good relationships with team members, and how to develop and progress further in the hospitality industry. This is already been reflected in my role as a receptionist.
