Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Teams calls, college days, comparing data, working with excel, shadowing others work, apprentice connect calls, off the job tasks.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I have been enjoying my apprenticeship, i have met new people, moved around different teams to gain more experiences, learnt new things. My programme is very organised and set up so its most beneficial for me. Overall i am very satisfied.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes, i learnt how to use new systems and tools including Excel, P6, SAP. I had not used some of these systems before or only had little knowledge on them, i now feel more confident when using.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Very. My whole apprenticeship has been organised in a timeline, every two months i will be moving around different areas to gain experience of what they do, each department has a set up plan.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
there are multiple areas i can receive support for example, weekly catch ups with my manager and teams i am working with.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
We have progress review calls, im able to reach out when needing support, revision sessions, feedback forum for opportunities to receive more support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
The learning at college is helpful because it sometimes links up with what im learning at work. The only downside is that sometimes ive already done the work before getting the experience in the workplace therefore its not been so helpful.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There are EDI groups to join to share opinions, there are apprenticeship sessions to get involved.
