I work with early years children, to educate them and give them equal opportunities for a better start in education.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I highly enjoy it. I am able to see a bigger picture to early years education, why we do it and how it benefits children.

Yes, I have learnt so much since starting my job and my NVQ. I feel so confident in what I do and why we do it!

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well organised, it was a slow start due to staffing however this was sort out straight away.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

In our setting at GB, we work as a team, everyone is so willing and wanting to see others do well. The support is amazing staff members and deputy manager
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot. I can’t fault my assessor, she’s easily reachable and always there till help no matter
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Really well! This has helped me understand early years on another level

Yes we have training which we can attend to strengthen our knowledge. We also have refresher training

A lovely company to work for. Our setting is lovely like a big family so welcoming with the children’s best interest at heart.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Kids Planet Day Nurseries?
Definitely do it. It’s a lot more than looking after children or playing with children all day. You see the difference you make on a child’s life.
