Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Relationship Management, supporting local businesses with their Financial Needs. Working on portfolio of set customers alongside a Relationship Manager. Day to day tasks are carrying out Fraud related meeting with customers, providing meeting briefs for Relationship Managers , supporting customers with queries and issues, setting up various facilities, contacting customers regularly to review service and build the relationship.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Highly recommended job opportunity, which provides an insight into the financial world and the importance of banks within the economy and society. Great opportunities to move to different departments once the apprenticeship finishes. Supportive management team that focuses on the development of its own people.

Presentation skills, accounting skills (Calculating EBITDA and CFADS in particular, collaboration/communication skills, economics.
