My programme is extremely well structured, for example as soon as I joined the role after the first couple od days I instantly knew what was required of me and was confident that I was going to recieve the support necessary in order for me to be confident in my role.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive countless support from my employer. I am confident that I can ask for support whenever I need it and whoever I ask won't hesitate to stop what they are doing and do their absolute best in order to support me and make sure I don't feel overwhelmed or stressed out.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I support good support from my training provider BPP when I need support working towards my qualifications. As it is only possible for me to reach out to my training provider via email and they don't work everyday of the working week sometimes support/help can be delayed which is frustrating when I need support however is not my training providers fault.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel that the qualifications I receive through my training provider are extremely important for me to be successful in my job role role. This is because they link so well with my role for example a customer service qualification helps me a lot when communicating with customers and supporting them with their questions.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
In my job role there are not many extra-curricular activities to take part in, however there are some special occasions such as Christmas nights out which the whole team attends and has good fun. There are also hack days which are days used to use the whole day to work in a project of ur choosing.
