I am a sales assistant who works on the till, provides customer service and completing tasks to do with counting stock, putting out advertisements, tidying the store, doing social media posts.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Other than struggling with the hours at first, I enjoy it because there are so many things to do and a good team to work with.

Very organised, I have a list of all training i must complete and all the modules i must go through to get to the end.

A lot of support, with general questions about my tasks and also bigger questions about things I don't actually have to worry about but things that i am interested in aswell to do with other harder roles.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot of support, always helping me with understanding what i need to do and always helping with the workbooks i fill in aswell, prompting and giving me ideas and expanding my general knowledge of Superdrug.

I feel more confident and motivated to perform better and keep trying to always push myself to do tasks and reach targets to the best of my ability.

Why?
It's something different to other companies, involves a lot of creativity which is fun and all roles and tasks are quite fun to have when working with good teams which all Superdrug's have from what I see and know.

Be as confident as you can and show and put in all your efforts and creative side.
