Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

during my apprenticeship I carry out day to day tasks in my superdrug store, such as being on the till, completing delivery’s, preparing for prom change and many more tasks. I also get an hour study weekly.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my apprenticeship It makes me feel as though i’m developing my career and my own skills without causing me unnecessary stress.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i’ve gained lots of confidence since being full time, creating relationships with customers, and enhancing my product knowledge majorly. I also feel as though I have become more organised since being in more of a routine.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It’s very organised, 1 hour a week study and highfield vault is an easy platform to work on, viewing my tasks is easy and staying on top is easy. My visits are planned a month in advance so i can properly prepare and be ready.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot of support, both my managers are always there when I have questions and queries, they take their time with me and show me more efficient ways to complete things.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot of support, 24/7 availability on the phone to be able to ask whenever I need help, responds quickly , very friendly and comfortable to ask help to.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like I have developed a lot faster during my apprenticeship, my qualification will be proof that I can do it when i put my mind to it
