Yes. Mainly developed existing skills which has given me an in depth knowledge of the role I do now.

Extremely well organised. I have been given a spread sheet of what is expected of me each week of my entire programme
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot of support. I have been given access to management documents no problems at all to assist with my training. My direct line manager has also been very supportive.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Seems like a unlimited supply of support. They have been excellent with very knowledgeable staff.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Gives me a more in depth knowledge of how things are done and why we do things the way we do
