To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy learning and especially when I can apply that learning straight away into my role. So I enjoyed the course immensely. However, it is important to be strict with study time as it is a lot of work.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I learnt about different management styles, motivational techniques, management models, self-awareness development, emotional intelligence, project management skills and problem solving / decision making techniques. There is a range of relevant and helpful content in the course but these were what I applied in my day to day role the most.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I found my apprenticeship to be very well organised and structured. My tutor was great at preparing me for upcoming coursework that may be more challenging or need more time set aside.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was very supportive and allowed me to have the agreed study time on a weekly basis.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have to say Paragon Skills and more specifically my tutor were brilliant. He was very supportive and had exceptional motivational and emotional intelligence skills. He was also extremely experienced all of which helped build trust and respect from the beginning.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification gave me the theory and understanding behind tools, models and techniques that I could apply as a team leader. Having this knowledge helped me to be more confident and decisive in my day to day role as I could explain what, why and how.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
