Leading team of architects ( 20 plus) working on business transformation change projects. I also focus on defining technical stratgey and innovation
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It has been really hard balancing work, study and life. Covid did interupt but I really enjoyed the studying at University and all the networking

Loads - it has given me the academic knowledge and the practical experience. Really helped my wider understanding of business and how to lead and manage change

It was on the whole very good - some modules were weak or poorly organised but had good support from tutors and the apprentice leads
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Brilliant support - fully supported me especailly around the project work - they gave me full access to the people and teams. Supported me with time etc.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Had some excellent support from tutors and the apprentice lead. Cant fault it.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Just given me so many tools in my leadership and management toolbox. Its has enabled me to feel confident in the role and move on in my career. It really has been invaluable.
