Overall, how would you describe your experience at Evri?
I had a great experience throughout the Evri finance graduate scheme. The role taught me so much, and the team around me was extremely supportive and always pushed us further to achieve.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The first 2 years of the scheme were spent in the central finance team, with the final year of the scheme spent in either the commercial or operations finance teams. In the central team you look after a specific area, and own all journal postings/balance sheet reviews, analysis and ad hoc tasks associated with it. In your 3rd year you take the first step into becoming a finance business partner, and becoming the go to finance contact to assess profitability of new contracts, creating budgets, and analysing variances.
