Cleaning breakrooms, toilets and offices, reporting hazards and repair jobs. Communicating with team members over group messages.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy getting the opportunity to do different activities outside of my normal duties. Juggling the work load is sometimes difficult. However, I am getting better with this.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my communication skills, I've gained more confidence when speaking to a group of people. I've learned a lot about how to affectively train people.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think the tutors might have too many people on their plate. Sometimes I'll send an email and not hear back for a week or so.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Unfortunately this is where I struggle. Apparently we haven't got anyone to cover my work when I'm logging OTJ hours, but I have to go and cover other area's regularly.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I feel my tutors care about me succeeding, maybe they just have a big work load.

I can communicate with my co workers more affectively, I have also slowly learned how to speak my mind better.

Yes but not regularly. Every year around Christmas we will go out as a team.

Would you recommend Mitie to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Mitie has a lot of opportunities and different roles, there's probably something for just about everyone, they also invest in their employees. Mitie also has lots of benefits, including their MiDeals program where you can find discounts on many different things.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mitie?
I'm not sure as I came through a temp agency. They were urgent for people and the only question they asked was if I could start the next day.
