As a Cleaning Services Manager, I oversee all aspects of cleaning operations to ensure safe and well-maintained environments. This includes scheduling shifts, supervising the team, and ensuring quality standards are met in all areas. I manage supplies and equipment to avoid disruptions and maintain clear communication with clients and building managers, addressing any needs or adjustments. My focus is on maintaining high standards, optimizing resources, and leading the team to deliver efficient and reliable cleaning services.
