Supporting an engineering team of 7 engineers to look after EOn's offices throught the UK. Also includes supporing engineers "on the tools".
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is intresting learning how differnt personalities can think differently and how addressing different personalaties with different approches and responses can create a better, more engaged, positive outcome.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

All meetings, training, and reviews are planned well in advance. Also the tutor is always reachable for help. I find that onefile can be a bit hard to use/follow.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As long as I make my team aware of any experiance required, time need to complete college work, they are very accomadating with anything I may require.
